  • Payments: We accept cash on delivery and digital payments through our listed partners. Prepaid orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
  • Order Changes: Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially if the order is in the processing or cooking stage.

  • Additional fees, such as delivery charges or taxes, may apply and will be disclosed before payment.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Once the order enters processing or cooking, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Restaurant-Initiated Cancellations: If Foodamy cancels your order, you are entitled to a full refund for prepaid amounts.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery is facilitated through third-party partners (e.g., Foodpanda, Pathao, Foodi, Khaodao).
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, and other factors.
  • In rare cases where delays exceed 1.5 hours, the order may be canceled.

6. Food Quality and Liability

  • Foodamy is committed to providing fresh and high-quality food. However, we do not guarantee specific taste preferences.
  • Customers are encouraged to report any issues regarding food quality within 24 hours of delivery.

  • All content on our website and app, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Foodamy. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Foodamy is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services.
  • Our liability for any claim arising from the use of our Services is limited to the amount paid by the customer.
