1. Introduction Welcome to Foodamy. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Foodamy.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, out-of-coverage delivery areas, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

  • Once an order is confirmed and food preparation has commenced, cancellations by the customer will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Pricing and Delivery Charges

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Delivery Fees: Our delivery charges are calculated dynamically based on distance. A base fee applies for the first kilometer, with a fixed additional rate for every subsequent kilometer. Final delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • In cases of extreme weather or unforeseen logistical challenges, delivery times may be extended, or services may be temporarily suspended.

4. Returns and Refunds (Perishable Goods)

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify our support team within 15 minutes of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence. Refunds or replacements are issued strictly at our management's discretion.

5. Health and Allergy Disclaimer

  • While we maintain strict hygiene standards, our kitchens process ingredients containing allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten).

  • Foodamy cannot guarantee that any food item is entirely free of allergens and shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from the consumption of our food.
