• 2. Service Description: Foodamy is a technology platform that connects users (customers) with third-party restaurants and independent contract riders. Foodamy is not responsible for the preparation or delivery of food.

• 3. Responsibilities of Parties:

  • Foodamy (Website Authority): To maintain the platform, correctly transmit orders to restaurants and riders, and provide customer support.

  • Restaurant Authority: To ensure the quality, quantity, and hygiene of the food. To provide accurate pricing and descriptions of food on the website and to prepare food in a timely manner.

  • Rider: To deliver food to the customer's address safely and on time and to maintain professional conduct.

  • Customer: To provide an accurate and complete address and contact information. To be present to receive the order at the time of delivery and to pay the due amount.

• 4. Pricing and Payment: The prices of food items displayed on the website are determined by the restaurants and may include VAT. Delivery charges and service fees will be shown at checkout. Payment can be made online or via Cash on Delivery.

• 5. Intellectual Property: The Foodamy logo, name, and all content on the website are our property. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

• 6. Limitation of Liability: Foodamy shall not be liable for any delays or issues in service that are beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes). The primary liability for any issues regarding food quality or delivery rests with the restaurant and the rider, respectively.

• 7. Modification of Terms: Foodamy reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The revised terms will be effective upon being posted on the website.
