Cancellation Policy for Foodamy

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Orders in Processing or Cooked Stage:
    Once your order is being processed or has started cooking, cancellations are not allowed.

  • Before Processing Begins:
    If you wish to cancel your order before it enters the processing stage, please contact us immediately. Approval of such cancellations is at the discretion of the restaurant.


2. Restaurant-Initiated Cancellations

  • Restaurant Cancellations:
    If Restaurant cancels order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., ingredient shortages, technical issues), the following applies:
    • Prepaid Orders: Customers will receive a full refund for the prepaid amount.
    • Cancellation Fee: additional cancellation fees will apply in this case.

3. Cancellation Fees

If a cancellation fee is applicable for customer-initiated cancellations before the processing stage, it will be communicated at the time of cancellation.


4. Refunds

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed as follows:

  • For payments made via online methods (e.g., credit cards, mobile wallets), refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within [5-10 business days].
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, no refund will be necessary since no payment was made upfront.
