Effective Date: August 11, 2025
1. Cancellation by Customer:
A customer can cancel an order within 2 minutes of placing it. The cancellation option will be disabled after this period.
Important Note: Under no circumstances can an order be canceled once the restaurant has accepted it and started preparing the food. This rule also applies to orders placed by mistake.
2. Cancellation by Foodamy or Restaurant:
Foodamy or the respective restaurant reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., unavailability of a specific item, issues in the delivery area, or technical problems at the restaurant).
In case of such cancellations, if the customer has already paid online, the full amount will be refunded.
