Cancellation policy

Effective Date: August 11, 2025

  • 1. Cancellation by Customer:

    • A customer can cancel an order within 2 minutes of placing it. The cancellation option will be disabled after this period.

    • Important Note: Under no circumstances can an order be canceled once the restaurant has accepted it and started preparing the food. This rule also applies to orders placed by mistake.

  • 2. Cancellation by Foodamy or Restaurant:

    • Foodamy or the respective restaurant reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., unavailability of a specific item, issues in the delivery area, or technical problems at the restaurant).

    • In case of such cancellations, if the customer has already paid online, the full amount will be refunded.
