  • 2. Estimated Delivery Time: The delivery time displayed on the app or website is purely an estimate. This time may change due to traffic, weather conditions, restaurant rush hour, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • 3. Delivery Charge: The delivery charge will be determined based on your location and order value, which will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.

  • 4. Receiving Delivery:

    • The rider will contact you at your provided phone number upon reaching your address.

    • If you do not answer the phone after multiple attempts or fail to receive the food within a reasonable time, the rider will leave with the order, and it will be considered a "Failed Delivery."

    • No refund will be issued in the case of a failed delivery.
