Restaurant-Initiated Cancellations:
If Foodamy cancels your order for any reason (e.g., unavailability of ingredients, technical issues), a full refund will be provided for any prepaid amount.
Order Errors:
If you receive an incorrect order or items are missing, please contact us immediately. Refunds or replacements will be issued after verification.
Quality Issues:
If there are valid concerns regarding the quality of the food (e.g., spoiled or undercooked items), refunds may be considered after investigation.
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
Prepaid Orders:
Refunds for eligible orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Cash on Delivery Orders:
If eligible, refunds will be issued via store credit or another mutually agreed method.
