Refund policy

Effective Date: August 11, 2025

  • 1. Situations Eligible for Refund:

    • If the delivered food is incorrect (does not match the ordered item).

    • If the food is found to be spoiled, rotten, or inedible.

    • If any item from the order is missing.

    • If the order is canceled by Foodamy or the restaurant, and you have made an advance payment.

  • 2. Situations Not Eligible for Refund:

    • If the customer dislikes the food based on personal taste or preference.

    • If the customer cancels the order after food preparation has begun.

    • If the customer provides a wrong address or is unavailable at the time of delivery.

  • 3. Refund Process:

    • To apply for a refund, you must file a complaint with our support team by sending an email to support@foodamy.com.bd with a description of the issue and clear photos and videos of the food within 1 hours of receiving it.

    • Our team will review the complaint. If the claim is verified, your paid amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
